DONATION and volunteer REQUESTS

WE NEED YOUR HELP
It's a big job trying to organize events, fundraisers, and fun for the season. That's why many of our committees rely heavily on volunteers and donations. If you would like to help out on a committee, have an event you want to organize, or just want to donate items to any of the committees, your help is greatly appreciated. Please visit the Committee Page for various committees and their contact person.

All donations and volunteers will be recognized. If you choose not to have your name publicized, your item(s) will be listed as anonymous. Below is a small list of donation items the campground, Youth Center, and events committee members will gladly accept. All items donated will be put to good use within the campground.

YOUTH CENTER
Cleaning supplies, craft supplies, paper towels, aluminum foil, etc. Please drop off at the Youth Center or HL office.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
Baking supplies, peanut butter, disposable silverware/cups/paper plates/napkins, hot dogs, buns, candy, ketchup, mustard. Books - new and used - for book sale. Gift items - new and used - for book sale, nail polish, shampoo, conditioner, cookies, punch, paper towels, pop, marshmallows, pretzels, hot chocolate,

Items can be dropped off at Lot 71 or call Robin for pick up, 740-361-5676.

SILENT AUCTION/PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Pancake mix, syrup, butter/margarine, sausage, any items for auction, paper plates/cups/napkins/silverware, coffee, juice/punch, eggs, milk, etc. Proceeds go toward improvements at the Youth Center.
